Terms and conditions
Last updated 30 August 2026.
These terms apply when you use NamVizha. Please read them before you buy — particularly the sections on how long an event stays live and what happens to your media afterwards, because those are the parts people are most often surprised by.
1. Who you are contracting with
NamVizha is operated by Rithvin Infotech, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person or organisation that creates an account.
2. What the service is
NamVizha is software you use over the internet to run an event: an event website, digital invitations, RSVP collection, guest lists, check-in at the door, live streaming, and a media gallery. Which of these you get depends on the plan and add-ons you buy.
3. How the service is delivered
NamVizha is a digital service. There is nothing to ship. Access is activated on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, which is usually immediate and occasionally takes a few minutes. Nothing is dispatched, and no delivery address is needed or asked for.
4. Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You may invite others to help run your event — a co-host, or a volunteer checking guests in at the door. You remain responsible for what they do with the access you give them, and you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Guest information is yours, and yours to be careful with
When you upload a guest list you are giving us personal information about other people. You confirm that you are entitled to share it and to contact those people about your event. We process it only to run your event for you, on your instructions — the detail is in the privacy policy.
You must not use NamVizha to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you about your event, and you must not import a list you obtained for some other purpose.
6. Content you publish
Photographs, video, text and designs you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people you have chosen to show them to — that is what publishing an event website is. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, including photographs of other people.
We may remove content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and we will tell you when we do.
7. What you may not do
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or defraud anyone.
- Send bulk messages unrelated to your event.
- Attempt to reach another customer's data, or to bypass a limit on your plan.
- Resell access to the platform without an arrangement with us.
8. Payment, prices and tax
Prices are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout; the price at checkout is the one that applies. Prices in Indian rupees are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the prevailing rate and shown on your invoice with the applicable SAC code.
Payments are taken by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details. Your invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects something you have already bought.
9. How long your event stays live, and what happens after
This is the part worth reading twice.
- Active period. Your event website is live and every feature works for the period your plan gives — 30 days on Free, 90 on Silver, 365 on Gold and Platinum — counted from the day you publish your event, not from the day you buy. Buy months ahead if you like; the clock starts when your guests can first see the site.
- Grace period. After that, 15 further days during which the site stays fully live and nothing is restricted. You can buy an extension at any point during it, without interruption.
- Archive. Then the event becomes read-only — you and your guests can still view and download what is there, but nothing new can be added. Archive lasts 5 days on Free and 10 days on a paid plan.
- Deletion. After archive, the media is permanently deleted. We warn you before this happens and give you a way to export everything in one action. Once deleted it cannot be recovered.
- Keeping it for good. If you want the originals preserved beyond that, the Permanent Archive add-on does exactly that. Buy it before deletion, not after.
10. Availability
We work to keep NamVizha available, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, a failure at a supplier, or something outside our control can interrupt it. Where an interruption affects a live event we will tell you what happened.
11. Live streaming
A streaming package is bought for a stated duration and a stated number of simultaneous viewers. The stream is recorded as it is broadcast, and the recording is what you keep afterwards, under the same timings as section 9.
12. Suspension and ending
You can stop using NamVizha at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if a payment is reversed. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund what you have paid for and not received.
13. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or for anything indirect.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and it will not apply to a purchase you have already made.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Madurai have exclusive jurisdiction.
